We confirmed that the system is again allowing logins via the Trustgrid authentication service and all appears stable at this time.

Monitoring
We determined the issue was related to a reference to a dependency that is no longer needed. AWS issues caused the internal authentication service to fail, but new instances could not start because that dependency no longer exists. We were able to remove the reference and have brought the service back online.

Update
At this point we believe the issue is limited to the Trustgrid internal authentication service. Users utilizing portal.trustgrid.io are impacted but those using an independent IDP (Okta, AzureAd, etc) are not impacted. We are working to bring the authentication service back online.
